Lead Designer

As a lead designer, you will be responsible for developing and mentoring a team of product designers to create innovative and user-centric designs.

  • Lead a team of product designers to foster collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Develop and implement design standards and processes to enhance the quality and impact of our work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.
  • Conduct research and usability testing to inform design decisions and identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven senior-level experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing complex project impact.
  • Experience leading and managing design teams with a focus on team development and engagement.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of UX and UI principles, usability, information architecture, and design systems.
