Lead Product Development Manager

A strategic leadership role in driving the development and execution of Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Complete Vehicle Model (CVM), 1D Analysis, and other simulations for the Latin America market.

About the Role
  • You will lead a team in product development, overseeing the creation of product documentation and coordinating with engineering teams to ensure feasibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor team members to build a high-performing organization.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Experience in product development with a focus on leadership roles.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
  • Product and market knowledge for the Latin America market.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in people management and team leadership.
  • Business acumen and ability to learn on the fly.
