Key Responsibilities:- Ensure long-term economic sustainability by offering the best possible product and services offer with maximized profitability, right features level, and right cost for the markets within Latin America.
- Conduct market assessments of new business, including market analysis, competitors evaluation, volume forecast, and pricing.
- Guarantee accomplishment of regulations for LAM markets.
- Assure achievement of targets on sustainability, such as CO2 emissions, circularity, and energy efficiency.
- Develop, maintain, and utilize specific processes and tools related to product and services strategies, like segmentation, pricing, market development, extended profitability (XPA), and others.
- Coordinate pre-study teams to evaluate new possible business opportunities.
- Centralize all inputs from different markets in LAM to ensure that relevant specific market needs are met in terms of products and services offer for new businesses.
- Represent the organization in product and services governance in Latin America on issues related to new businesses.
- Be responsible for long-term volume forecasts within the 5-year horizon for new technologies/business, used as the basis for upcoming decisions on investments, projects, and negotiations with suppliers.
- Set objectives for local content for projects according to current strategies.
- Graduation: Master's degree in engineering or similar.
- Knowledge of products and processes.
- Business acumen.
- Language: Portuguese and English languages are mandatory.
- Spanish language desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
- Project Management knowledge.
