Growth specialists play a pivotal role in driving business revenue expansion. They develop and implement multi-channel campaigns, oversee CRM workflows, and analyze data to optimize marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong client relationships and serve as primary advisors
  • Create and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid)
  • Manage CRM workflows, lifecycle stages, and marketing automation in HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Promote data enhancement, segmentation, and reporting projects
  • Present monthly reviews with insights, blockers, and next steps
  • Collaborate with internal teams across content, design, and operations
  • Maintain organized systems in ClickUp, HubSpot, and shared documentation

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B account management, RevOps, or demand gen roles
  • 1+ year of experience working in a B2B agency, in a Demand Gen or RevOps role
  • 2+ years of B2B client-facing experience
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CRM administration)
  • Adept at communicating with clients and possessing executive presence (C1+ English)
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for campaign planning and optimization
  • Proficient with marketing data, reporting, and dashboards
  • Comfortable working EST hours and based in Latin America
