Business Expansion Specialist Role

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, new market exploration, and sales strategy optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalize on untapped business opportunities and emerging markets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Craft and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies
  • Participate in high-stakes negotiations and closure of major contracts
  • Monitor and analyze competitive landscape and industry trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
  • Design and implement robust business expansion plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Proven experience in project management and leadership roles
  • Previous success in sales or business development, preferably within a corporate environment
  • In-depth understanding of international markets and global trade dynamics
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is highly valued

Work Schedule:

Regular Monday-to-Friday hours, with some flexibility for client meetings and negotiations
