About the Role:
As a seasoned Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients and business opportunities that align with our goals and objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and meetings.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote our products or services and increase revenue.
- Negotiation and Partnership Building: Participate in negotiations and closing contracts with clients to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
- Market Trend Analysis and Competition Monitoring: Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to adjust business strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure effective delivery of products or services to clients.
- Business Expansion Strategies: Develop and implement business expansion plans to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience: Experience in project management and previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English; Italian language skills are an advantage.
