Latin America Regional Product Line Manager

A Regional Product Line Analyst for Food Preparation, you will contribute to Profit and Loss management for Latin America.
Main Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Monitor market development and propose actions to reach targets through the Commercial team;
- New Product Development: Drive new product development in innovation triangles together with R&D, Marketing and Design during Product Launch cycles;
- Strategic Planning: Support the product category strategic plan as part of the overall Product Line Strategic Plan, bringing frontloading to Generation Plan based on Consumer Insights, Market development, and Brand Attributes;
- Pricing Strategy: Evaluate strategic pricing and sweet spots identification together with the cluster Product Line, considering factors such as going price, net sales, etc.;
- Product Lifecycle Management: Support decisions of Product Life Cycle from cradle to grave, contributing to LA model catalogue definition, considering factors such as concepts, specifications, profitability, target launch price, unique selling proposition, secondary benefits, among others;
- New Business Opportunities: Drive new business opportunities and support range, product messaging and commercial strategy definition in all Clusters, together with Cluster Local Category Managers, giving input to Brand and Marketing teams for Point-of-Sale definition;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent areas;
- Proven track in project and portfolio management;
- Understanding of P&L statements and cost and pricing structures;
- Advanced Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint);
- Advanced English. Spanish is a plus.
