Key Responsibilities

We're seeking a seasoned designer to join our team. As a Senior Designer, you'll be responsible for leading creative projects across various deliverables, including landing pages, retention flows, paid ads, and digital branding. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver polished work that balances brand and performance.

You'll lead initiatives independently while collaborating often, and communicate directly with clients, presenting designs, leading workshops, and managing approvals. This role is designed for someone ready to take on more ownership, broaden their skills across disciplines, and grow quickly within a team that values both creativity and clarity.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design digital assets that support client marketing initiatives briefed by a Marketing Manager: paid ads, email & SMS, landing pages, organic social, Amazon creative, and more.
  • Create design systems based on a client's brand guidelines to be used across multiple channels, ensuring consistency of a client's brand identity, look, and feel.
  • Communicate with clients directly and present designs on calls, lead clients through workshopping, and obtain approvals while maintaining a strong working relationship.
  • Develop a deep understanding of what factors drive customers to convert on different marketing channels and execute designs within established best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and clients for feedback and approvals to ensure your work adheres to a high standard of craft.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Hard Skills:
  • 3+ years of proven design work experience (agency or design studio experience is preferred).
  • Digital portfolio that demonstrates strong branding & identity, visual design, marketing design, and/or web design.
  • Proven understanding of design principles including layout, hierarchy, color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Strong ability to lead client calls, drive workshopping sessions, and manage a client relationship directly.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is required.
