OverviewExperienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT Industry at Nexer Telescope.The role involves finding engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden, informing candidates about the benefits of living and working there, and building trust throughout the recruitment process.The position supports relocation and onboarding with a global team.ResponsibilitiesFind engineers with a solid network of local IT talent and actively engage them for opportunities in Sweden.Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and assist with relocation logistics.Build trust with suitable candidates and guide them through the recruitment process.Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation-related practicalities (visa, permits, housing, tickets, etc.).Coordinate with clients primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Vietnam.QualificationsAt least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.Solid and proven network of local IT engineering talent.Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for each challenge.High quality and brand awareness; understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail; able to identify and close recruitment requests.Self-confident, sociable, friendly, and motivated; resilient and able to handle rejection.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.Responsive, responsible, with a professional appearance.Extent & DurationStart ASAP.Full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.Minimum 12 months; eight hours of effective work per day, Monday to Friday.Overtime compensation on a 1:1 basis in flex.Location: Remote work or from a co-location center of your choice.Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.Free national holidays with maintained payment.20 paid vacation days.Paid travels, housing, and per diem.How to ApplyPlease send your English CV to: ******.Please state the application code TEL2025HH in the subject of your email.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHuman ResourcesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Nexer Telescope by 2x.#J-18808-Ljbffr
