Overview

Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish It Industry role at Nexer Telescope. Role focuses on recruiting engineers for Sweden, with relocation support provided by the team.

Responsibilities
  • Find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates to move to another country.
  • Work with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish executive management team, and be supported by the Swedish delivery management team for relocation logistics.
  • Coordinate visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and all relocation arrangements for employees.
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
  • Contribute to serving clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
  • Be part of a team that helps engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden; uphold Telescope\'s core values of joy, trust, and professionalism.
Required competence / Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
  • A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Some knowledge of at least a handful of contemporary IT technologies and methods, as well as the ability to learn the main ideas of new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized with an eye for details, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self confident, happy, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.
  • Durable and stubborn, with the capacity to take a "no" as a reason to try harder.
  • Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate and representative appearance.
Job Details
  • Extent & Duration: Start ASAP.
  • Full time.
  • Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
  • Minimum 12 months.
  • Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
  • Location: You will be working from home or from a co-location center of your choice.
  • Economy: Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Free national holidays, with maintained payment.
  • 20 paid vacation days.
  • Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
