We are looking for a
Internal Controls Manager
to join our team and lead initiatives to strengthen and evolve our internal control framework, with a strong focus on
SAP audit environments
.
Your mission will be:
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal controls;
- Oversee internal audits, identifying gaps and recommending improvements;
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, operational processes, and regulatory requirements (SOX, etc.);
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, IT, Procurement, etc.);
- Supervise and mentor internal controls analysts;
- Support external audits with accurate documentation and evidence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields;
- 5+ years of experience in internal or external auditing manager, ideally in multinational environments;
- Solid experience with
SAP audit processes and tools
; - Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Fluent in English.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in CPG industry;
- Knowledge of risk-based auditing methodologies and internal control evaluation techniques.
