1s1 Energy is seeking a proactive engineering or business major to lead its business operations in Brazil

, a critical part of the development of our next-generation water electrolyzer. This position is based in Campinas, SP, Brazil, and the Operations Manager will report directly to 1s1 Energy's global Chief Business Officer.

Responsibilities

Operations Management:

  • Track project schedules in Brazil, flag deviations, ensure remediation.
  • Supervise facility improvements.
  • Support procurement activities.

Compliance: 1s1 Energy is executing an ANEEL PDI Project in Brazil:

  • Help prepare monthly ANEEL reports and monitor the fulfillment of ANEEL Key Results.
  • Ensure overall compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare internal reports (i.e., Business Model, Regulatory Environment for Hydrogen, Status of the Hydrogen Market).
  • Assist with the logistics for equipment importation.

Business Development:

  • Support business development activities.
  • Prospect for potential pilot partners and clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven professional
    experience in operations management and/or business development.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics.
  • Experience with documentation and verification processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Desired: experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Desired: experience managing small teams.

Compensation

  • Above market salary and equity incentives, based on qualifications, skills, relevant education or training, and experience.
  • Possibility of travelling to 1s1 Energy's locations in the US and Portugal.
