In this role, you will serve as a key link between Client Services/Sales and the Talent Acquisition team, analyze, select, prepare, and present candidates, manage the end-to-end vetting process from the client side, and staff open positions while ensuring time-to-market and revenue optimization.
The ideal candidate is analytical, adaptable, detail-oriented, and process- and business-minded.
Collaboration and a team-first attitude are essential.
The role requires the Recruiter to be articulate and eloquent in English.What You'll DoSuccessfully handle and fill openings, selecting candidates and meeting deadlines.Review and filter candidates in pipeline, following specific parameters and guidelines.Write summaries and edit resumes to present candidates effectively.Handle communication with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.What We Are Looking ForExperience working with IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition.Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills and the ability to present candidates effectively.Nice to have: previous IT industry knowledge or technical background.Advanced level of English.How We Make Your Work (and Life) Easier100% remote work (from anywhere).
