**About the team**:
TikTok's Community team sits within our Operations team whose goal is to understand and champion the needs of our creators and communities and celebrate the diversity and creativity of our users & our platform. Our team vision is to amplify the power of our global community and to drive innovation that serves and connects our unique audiences, wherever they are. The local Content team is focused on delivering key local strategic insights, managing local partners and creators and driving core initiatives to develop our diverse content ecosystem and to ensure the success of our creator communities and key partners across core pillars of Music, Entertainment, Sports, Gaming, Lifestyle & EDU that is specific to the local market needs and context.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and grow UGC content communities using a one-to-many/one-to-all approach
- Execute community and engagement strategies and in-app campaigns, own the sourcing, structuring, and closing through campaign implementation and partner retention
- Implement retention strategies to ensure long-term engagement of onboarded creators including on-site creator workshop events, networking socials, and lead the partner (creator) promotions strategy
- Execute creator programs to onboard and educate target communities on TikTok including workshops, events and marketing campaigns best practices, and sustainable growth in partner management program
- Track and analyze community growth metrics
- Solicit, organize, and contextualize feedback from the creator community
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with influence and celebrity management, strong connection pools with celebrities and the entertainment industry is an advantage.
- Experience in event management and stakeholder management
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- 5+ years of experience
- Skilled in data analysis.
