**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
Algumas das principais atividades do seu dia-a-dia incluem:
Estimular os consumidores com comunicações especificas sobre ofertas e calendários de ofertas
- Prover informações sobre produtos e entregas
- Entrar em contato com os clientes Trela para entrega de "Trela Love" (brindes, sorteios e outros)
- Direcionar eventuais problemas do nossos usuários para nosso time de suporte de forma proativa e rápida
- Coletar e direcionar feedbacks de clientes e prover sugestões para outras áreas do negócio
- Reportar diariamente os principais acontecimentos das suas comunidades
**Requisitos e qualificações**

- Excelentes em comunicação verbal e escrita na língua portuguesa
- Apaixonadas por atendimento ao cliente e tecnologia
- Usuários ativos em mídias sociais
- Habilidosos para lidar com pessoas - ótimos ouvintes que gostam de engajar-se em e estimular discussões estando dispostos a ir além para encantar nossos clientes.
- Capazes de dar e receber feedbacks construtivos de uma perspectiva de atendimento ao cliente
- Capazes de solucionar problemas de formas criativas
- Capazes de realizar múltiplas tarefas simultaneamente
- Extremamente atento aos detalhes
- Empáticos e demostram cuidado com nossos clientes
