Receber, entender e endereçar os problemas e solicitações dos clientes
Ter atenção no dia-a-dia para levantar possíveis dores e endereçá-las com times responsáveis
- Mostrar proatividade para investigar e solucionar problemas apresentados
- Enxergar cada atendimento como uma oportunidade para identificar possíveis melhorias nos processos e/ou produto
