Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves interacting with customers and company representatives to handle various pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong problem-solving ability.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Prestar suporte administrativo ao cliente, informar ou solucionar eventuais problemas relativos a pendências, devoluções, atrasos em entrega, etc;
- Verificar junto aos setores de expedição, planejamento e produção a posição dos pedidos colocados e comunicar o cliente;
- Atender solicitações de serviços por parte dos clientes;
- Lançar os pedidos colocados e atendidos em formulário apropriado ou sistema;
- Liberar pedidos para emissão de faturamento;
- Coletar informações para emissão de pedidos, inclusive confirmar dados cadastrais dos clientes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in progress;
- Skills: Complete Microsoft Office package;
- Language: English desired;
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service;
- Work Environment: Availability for hybrid work in São Paulo - SP.
