Job Responsibilities- Register and track customer requests via SAP software;
- Support customers with documentation for access to facilities;
- Maintain engineers' field schedules and coordinate service orders;
- Resolve complex issues and provide timely solutions;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Electrical Engineering or Industrial Automation;
- Advanced English language proficiency;
- Spanish is desirable but not mandatory;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Availability to work 30 hours per week with flexible scheduling;
