Visit our website or our career page HERE Job Description Samsung Ads is responsible for identifying, evaluating and determining new opportunities within the digital media industry. Its goal is to create scalable services and businesses on top of Samsung’s market leading global footprint of Samsung Smart TVs. The Brazilian advertising team is working to create value for partners, advertisers, and agencies through its unique insights into content consumption in the shifting media landscape. The Agency Sales Lead is responsible for evangelizing the advanced TV advertising business and building the agency specific client base for the Samsung Ads business. This person will build relationships with high-potential agencies and their associated advertisers, presenting Samsung’s cutting edge marketing solutions to senior executives at major agencies. The Agency Sales Lead will be empowered to develop sales pipelines and to develop a strategy for long-term success by uncovering the business needs of key agency clients. This position will work closely with the sales and account management teams to help make a world class brand building solution for agencies and to ensure our clients achieve their advertising goals. The candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The candidate must also have an entrepreneurial mind-set, taking ownership in creating opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior business development leader to join and accelerate Samsung’s Advertising’s strategic agency partnerships. Key Job Responsibilities Achieve and surpass revenue goals. Hire, manage, motivate, and develop a world-class agency sales team Develop and execute a customer-led strategy for long-term growth with media agencies at local and regional (LATAM) level Build and execute joint business plans with agency partners which drive adoption of Samsung Ads tools and products Build and manage a detailed engagement strategy to C-Level including local and regional business reviews Lead education and enablement of key agency functions including delivery of training, roadshows, summits and other agency-wide events. Present the Samsung Ads brand and story at key industry events as part of panels and presentations. Collaborate with agency decision-makers and Samsung Ads sales teams to drive development of specific advertiser accounts Deliver against assigned quarterly goals while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Samsung’s agency partners. Collaborate and consult with key agencies with the goal of extending relationships, increasing the client and agency base and optimizing their advertising. Own and develop primary agency relationships from executive C-level down to specific account teams including Media Planners and Buyers. Analyse data trends and client performance. Develop strategic plans and prepare and conduct strategic presentations. Requirements Experience in full lifecycle sales at a media, technology, or MVPD company with experience in TV advertising, digital media, and advertising platforms. Experience managing and developing high performing sales teams. Experience building a book of business and managing against quotas. Proven success working with Advertising agency groups. The ability to construct, implement and execute highly complex trading agreements between media owner and Agency Holding companies. The ability to lead, conclude and execute complex C-level negotiations. Independent, self-starter; comfortable with ambiguity, and resilient. Thrives in a team environment.. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide comprehensive advertising solutions to prospective clients. Advanced English Skills.
