Head de Customer Success at TotalPass Brasil Descrição Definir e implementar a estratégia de Customer Success alinhada aos objetivos da empresa. Liderar, treinar e desenvolver o time de Customer Success, promovendo uma cultura centrada no cliente. Monitorar métricas-chave como NPS, churn rate, expansion revenue, adoption rate e health score. Criar e otimizar jornadas do cliente, desde onboarding até renovação e expansão. Trabalhar em parceria com Vendas, Produto, Marketing e Suporte para garantir uma experiência integrada. Desenvolver planos de sucesso personalizados para clientes estratégicos (key accounts). Conduzir reuniões de performance e business reviews com clientes. Identificar oportunidades de upsell e cross‑sell junto ao time comercial. Apresentar relatórios e insights sobre performance do time e da base de clientes à diretoria. Requisitos Formação superior completa (desejável pós‑graduação). Experiência prévia em liderança de times de Customer Success, Account Management ou Pós‑Venda. Vivência em empresas SaaS, tecnologia e B2B altamente desejável. Domínio de métricas e ferramentas de CS (NPS, churn, LTV, CAC, health score, etc.). Conhecimento em ferramentas como Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, Planhat, Zendesk, Intercom ou similares. Inglês intermediário ou avançado (diferencial).
