**Role Purpose**:The **Sr Tax Analyst** will support the LATAM Tax Manager to disseminate knowledge about the changes introduced by the reform, regularly updating the finance team on key alterations.This professional will work with the global resources from IT, internally will help in the different initiatives and discussions with the areas as Treasury, Logistic, Purchase and Commercial, will work with our partners to help us in this project, external providers as SAP/ Synchro and Comply and organize and communicate all the timelines and achievements.**Key Responsibilities**:- Guarantee the correct tax calculations for the Indirect taxes (ICMS/IPI/PIS/Cofins/ WHTs)- Review the tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports- Review the tax reconciliation- Manage the outsourcing company and all the deliverables guarantee: the quality of the data, the correct compliance and process efficiency- Assess and research difficult tax issues to identify solutions- Manage and maintain the company’s tax database (TAX IT Projects and Tickets)- Determine tax savings and recommend strategies to improve profits- Help in the internal and external audits for the area (Find documents and support inquiries)- Evaluate tax regulations and suggest policies that diminish tax burden.**What we’re looking for**We look for people who will thrive in a changing business and a culture that is evolving day by day - we value curiosity, courage and a willingness to challenge others constructively.
