What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and execute high-impact projects related to contracting, rostering, and campaign implementation
  • Manage communication efforts related to key initiatives, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials
  • Analyze and interpret data to provide insights that inform strategic decisions
  • Mentor and train team members, fostering a knowledge-sharing environment
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 4 years of experience in healthcare
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and ongoing projects
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to completion
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information concisely
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in healthcare operations, particularly in practice rostering, contracting, or campaign management
  • Proficiency in workflow management tools such as Salesforce, Monday.com, Mailchimp, or Zendesk
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
  • Experience mentoring or training team members to enhance team performance
  • Background in process automation and standardization to improve operational efficiency
