Reporting and Reconciliation Analyst – Adyen Adyen provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft – the premier financial technology platform. About The Role We are looking for a Reporting & Reconciliation Analyst to join our Professional Services team in São Paulo. You will be an expert helping Key merchants understand and optimize Adyen’s financial reporting tools, guiding them through complex reconciliation tasks, and improving the overall experience for merchant finance teams. What You’ll Do Merchant Onboarding & Support Guide merchants through setup, interpretation, and reconciliation of financial reports. Participate in implementation and ramp phases to ensure financial readiness from day one. Provide specialized support for sub‑merchant payout logic, settlement timing, fees, receivables advancements and tax reporting. Strategic Account Engagement Serve as escalation point for Commercial and Support teams on tough reporting questions. Support high‑value or complex focus accounts with their unique reconciliation challenges. Cross‑Functional Partnership Act as merchant’s voice to Product teams, providing feedback to improve tools and fix systemic issues. Partner with Technical Support to improve response quality and resolution times. Work closely with Project Operation Managers and Implementation Managers to offload specialized financial responsibilities and enable scale. Knowledge & Enablement Identify common issues and create clear, scalable guides, templates, and documentation for merchants and internal teams. Train teams on the financial implications of Adyen’s reporting tools; experience building AI‑supported knowledge bases is a plus. Who You Are 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, payments processing in Brazil, or reconciliation. Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English. Available to work 3 days in person in Morumbi/SP. Strong analytical and logical skills. Deep understanding of merchant finance workflows and ability to explain complex financial reports in a simple, actionable way. Ownership mindset: take responsibility for solving problems for merchants and Adyen. Fast learner excited by new technologies and AI. Nice to have: experience with payment processors.
