Reporting and Analytics Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Analyst to join Equinix's AMER Revenue Operations Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will drive forecasting, reporting, and analytics initiatives. As an Analyst, you will work on projects that involve advanced Excel and Tableau skills, data analysis, and reporting.

**What you’ll be doing**

Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, to analyze and manipulate large data sets.

Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that can inform sales strategy and operations.

Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain forecasting reports and analytics on a weekly basis.

Ensure data governance by scrubbing and cleaning data to maintain accuracy and reliability.

Streamline multiple dashboards into a more efficient and cohesive reporting process.

Maintain good dashboard hygiene by organizing and optimizing dashboards for easy navigation and error identification.

**What we’ll expect from you**

Fluent in English

Proficiency in advanced Excel techniques, including pivot tables.

Experience working with data analysis and reporting.

Proficiency in analyzing and manipulating large data sets.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors in data and reporting.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Bachelor's Degree required.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Prior work experience, with progressive track record, in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or other highly analytical field is required.

Microsoft office skills / Advanced Excel

**What's the difference if you have**

Salesforce experience

Siebel or Tableau experience preferred.
