**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist to spearhead implementing, monitoring, managing, and creating result-oriented campaigns and reports for Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Remarketing initiatives.

As our Paid Media Specialist, you will work closely with our DPM team to ensure our department successfully meets its goals and objectives. Moreover, you will collaborate with our dedicated Account Management team, extending individualized support to account managers and ensuring top-notch client satisfaction.
- ** Job Responsibilities**:
- Execute successful paid campaigns across various platforms, including Search, Display, Remarketing, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max, Discovery, Facebook, and Instagram for new and existing Paid Media clients.
- Monitor clients' bids and budgets daily to maximize campaign performance.
- Optimize Paid Media campaigns to align with client objectives and achieve exceptional results.
- Generate monthly reports for clients using our Paid Media services, providing valuable insights and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager, offering expert guidance to address clients' inquiries and recommending strategies for account growth.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 1+ year of hands-on experience in Paid Media, demonstrating a deep understanding of the field.
- Impeccable organizational and numerical skills to manage complex campaigns efficiently.
- Strong command of written English to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- A profound comprehension of marketing strategy to craft targeted and impactful campaigns.
- Excellent analytical abilities to assess campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
