This professional is responsible for the coordination of all activities encompassing the tasks related to the Category Management: full process to the customers, assortment and shelf layout recommendation for Sales Team, shopper researches related to Category and purchase behavior. Also, responsible for all execution recommendation and targets for Perfect Store and for the design of the execution recommendation of our innovation launches and customized initiatives (Pictures of Success).
**What are we looking for?**:
- College Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Social Communication, Marketing
- Previous experience in Category Management or at least 5 years with direct contact in Sales, Marketing and Promotion, acquired in companies of medium to large size, in the field of fast moving consumer goods. Experience in Training is a differential.
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Work planning and organization

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
- Participates in a strong way in our innovation process, supporting our Product Launching strategy, offering information, working with scenarios and making suggestions for the improvement of our in store execution and helping not only the refinement of the sales force, but also spreading new concepts of work.
- Closely follows up all initiatives for modernization and innovation for Front End activities focused on Category Management. Search new processes for the customers and as well internal analysis for Sales team. For so, he (she) will have to systematically consult specialized trade publications, Internet sites and all other pertaining sources that can supply useful and relevant information and also take part in training and workshops related to these topics.
- Participates, whenever indicated by his (hers) superiors, in events promoted by trade associations such as: ABRAS, ABAD, regional associations, etc. Whenever asked to make a presentation, in such events, look after so that his (hers) presentation reflects the highest standards of professionalism that MARS desires to keep in the market.
- Keep a close relationship with the global community of category leadership, exchanging experiences and bringing insights and innovation from other units to Brazil;
