What You'll Do

As a part of BCG's X Delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging technology and strategy. You will collaborate with premier consulting teams around the world, applying your software development expertise across a variety of ambitious and ground-breaking international projects. You will be instrumental in advancing BCG's Consulting and BCG X teams by providing critical software development insights and speeding up project execution.

As a Salesforce Developer you are familiar with operating Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud and/or Revenue Cloud. Ideal candidates will have experience as a developer delivering solutions in the areas pertaining to sales, marketing, and customer service. You'll need experience creatively solving challenges with Salesforce OOB, and configurable solutions with the ability to develop APEX, SOQL, SASL, Visualforce when necessary. We expect you to have the relevant SFDC certifications to back up your experience and knowledge with various SFDC clouds across industries. You are expected to work hand in hand with Product Owners, Business Analysts, client delivery teams and testers to deliver the outcome for the client on an agile basis.

Technical Skills - Knowledge And Experience With

• Experience in Salesforce Administration, Apex development, Apex classes & triggers, and lightning web components
• Familiarity with Data Cloud, and experience developing, and preferably deploying, Agentforce
• Knowledge of configuring CRM adjacent tools like 3rd party applications and managed packages
• Familiarity with modern integration technologies and frameworks
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
• Entrepreneurial spirit to help us shape our growth initiatives and company
• Previous sales, marketing, or service delivery experience in any industry
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards

• Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Proven background in end-to-end application development, preferably in a commercial or consulting environment
• Active contributions to open-source projects or technical communities are highly valued.

• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to implementation and maintenance
• Deliver SFDC solutions using Apex, Visual Force, Lightning Web Components, and other technologies
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using middleware and direct API connections
• Handle SFDC admin functions such as user & account maintenance, reports & dashboards creation, workflows, and other routine tasks
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and other team members to define system requirements and understand business needs
• Ensure consistent documentation of all systems and maintain standards for code quality and application performance
• Collaborate with BCG X and core leadership to drive execution and implementation of identified use cases and roadmap
• Be agile and iterative in your approach, and relentless in your search for the next unexploited growth opportunity
