Liderar projetos de ponta a ponta: Desde a concepção até a entrega de soluções analíticas que impulsionam o negócio e as áreas da empresa.
Colaborar com executivos: Oferecer insights acionáveis que direcionam as decisões estratégicas.
Análise de dados para tomada de decisão: Utilizando SQL e ferramentas de transformação de dados, você será responsável por garantir a qualidade e a integridade dos dados.
Ser um parceiro estratégico para as áreas de negócio: Atuar em estreita colaboração com as áreas de negócio para entender suas necessidades e entregar soluções personalizadas.
O que buscamos:
Experiência: 5+ anos em análise de dados, preferencialmente no setor financeiro.
Habilidades técnicas: Proficiência em SQL, ferramentas de BI (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau) e conhecimento avançado em arquitetura de dados.
Mindset analítico: Capacidade de transformar dados complexos em insights claros e concisos.
Comunicação: Habilidade para se comunicar de forma eficaz com diferentes públicos, incluindo executivos.
Proatividade: Paixão por aprender e buscar constantemente novas soluções
Diferenciais: Conhecimento em dbt, GCP e linguagens como Python, R ou Scala.
Inglês Intermediário/Avançado (Leitura e Escrita).
