Identify the issues merchants encounter on various delivery platforms and gain insights into their genuine needs. Based on merchant needs, drive the initiation, implementation, and achievement of results for various projects within the company. The projects include product projects and process improvements projects. Establish a merchant experience indicator system, and guide the project advancement through the monitoring and operation of experience indicators. What We Need From You: Have certain operational experience in user experience. Possess certain experience in building and operating indicator systems, familiar with various research tools, and methods for analyzing research results. Possess certain project management capabilities, able to collaborate with multiple parties to ensure project outcomes are achieved. Have a certain product-oriented mindset. Priority will be given to those familiar with the food delivery industry. Candidates with experience in internet companies are preferred. Can use English and Portuguese as working languages.
