**ABOUT THE ROUTINE**:
Follow the processes from acquisition to delivery.
Control purchasing indicators and suggest improvement actions.
Participate with the technical development team in the search for new suppliers for the search for products or services, maintaining the same quality and seeking cost reduction.
Develop and mentor your work team members.
Fulfill the responsibilities defined in the Quality Management System documents.
Coordinate the provisioning of raw materials and components.
Manage contracts with national and international carriers and other suppliers of equipment, materials and services.
Coordinate import and export customs procedures with customs brokers and companies related to foreign trade.
Manage export operations to Latin America; from receipt of the export order from the sales department, availability of the product by the dispatch department to shipment of the material to the importer.
Domain of the necessary documentation for import and export processes (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, DUE, DI, BL, HAWB);
Manage processes with customs brokers, complete monitoring from material readiness to coordination of cargo delivery at the plant.
Issuance of management reports;
Responsible for the financial reporting of the department of national purchases and foreign trade;
Improve and update import and export procedures with suppliers and international customers, meeting the needs in accordance with the current legislation of the countries.
THE REQUIREMENTS
**Education**: Bachelor in Business Adminsitration, Production Management, Supply Chaing or similar - Pos Graduation / MBA is a plus;
Previous Experience in Comex and Procurement;
Fluent English;
Excel.
