Materials Procurement Planning Manager for Brazil

**Location**: Cotia, SP. Brazil

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the procurement planning process, support and develop the team
- Responsible for ensuring a continuous supply of raw materials while optimizing inventory levels and supply chain costs
- Ensure planning parameters are well maintained and are being followed
- Identify and work to resolve issues in case of risk of shortage proactively to protect service level to our clients
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement, develop the team and retain talents
- Drive initiatives to strengthen our service level and mitigate our exposure to raw material shortages

**We value**:

- Bachelor in Operations or Engineering preferred
- APICS-CPIM or CPM certification preferred, Deep Materials Planning knowledge
- Experience in planning or supply chain
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Leadership skills
- Ability to systematically analyze data and summarize the results in clear and concise manner
