About the Role We are expanding our Specialty Paper division and seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead growth across South America for Greaseproof Paper and MG Paper. Key Responsibilities Develop new business and grow market share for APP’s Specialty Paper products. Manage commercial pipelines for Greaseproof Paper and MG Paper. Execute sales strategies, close deals, and coordinate with our mill teams in Asia. Operate independently while collaborating with global stakeholders. ✅ What You Bring 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the Specialty Paper sector. Strong commercial network with Converters / Brand Owners across South America. Fluent in English and Spanish. Entrepreneurial, self-managed, and confident working across time zones.
