If you are ready to join a high-performance team, Valeo awaits you Principal responsibilities of the position: Act as a strategic partner for business areas, supporting managers on people and organizational culture issues. Identify organizational development needs and propose talent management, succession, training, and development solutions. Conduct performance management processes, supporting leaders in defining goals, feedback, and development plans. Support the implementation of engagement, organizational climate, and corporate culture programs. Ensure that HR practices comply with internal policies and current labor legislation. Analyze HR indicators (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, performance, etc.) and propose improvement actions. To occupy this position, you need to have: Complete higher education Previous experience as an HR Business Partner supporting the industrial area. Advanced knowledge of Office/Google Package. Advanced or fluent English Availability to work in a hybrid mode (3 x face-to-face). What we are looking for for the position: Practical experience .
