Location: On-site at client offices in Brazil (specific location will be disclosed at interview stage) Industry: iGaming / Sports Betting (iGaming experience is a mandatory requirement)Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Relocation: Candidates must be willing to relocate About the RoleWe're looking for a strategic HR Manager to build and lead the people function for a growing iGaming operation in Brazil.You'll be instrumental in attracting top talent, developing HR infrastructure, and creating a winning culture in this exciting industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectivesLead full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across the organizationDesign and implement onboarding, training, and development programsManage employee relations, performance management, and retention initiativesEnsure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and iGaming regulationsBuild compensation and benefits structures competitive within the industryFoster a positive organizational culture and employee engagementHandle sensitive matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actionsImplement HR systems and tools to support growing headcountPartner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational designRequirementsMinimum 4 years of HR management experience, with at least 2 years in the iGaming sectorStrong knowledge of iGaming industry dynamics, compliance requirements, and talent landscapeProven experience building HR functions in startup or high-growth environmentsFluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)French language skills are a strong advantageSolid understanding of Brazilian labor law and HR best practicesExperience with HRIS systems and HR analyticsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fieldHR certification (SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is a plus
