**What is the scope of this role?**
As part of Finance Global Business Support, the FP&A Manager is responsible for identifying and leading global initiatives that will improve profitability in our business. This individual will manage the company's worldwide internal financial reporting system, direct the annual budget and monthly forecasting processes and manage and lead the team of FP&A Analysts.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Manage planning (budget preparation and monitoring), monthly forecasting, and analytics for monthly operating results.
- Liaise with counterparts within our parent company.
- Operate as a business partner to budget stakeholders maintaining cost control and achieving expected results.
- Manage special projects involving financial analytics.
- Collaborate with system development team to create improvements for more meaningful and efficient analysis.
- Gain in-depth understanding of key business areas to drive profit improvement.
- Analyze financial results and key business metrics to present useful reports, recommendations and messaging.
- Oversee the preparation of the monthly management reporting package.
- Lead the development of our ERP reporting tool to deliver actionable information for decision makers.
- Demonstrate a high level of results and team orientation with other departments by implementing new approaches to solve problems.
- Analyze the financial performance of acquisitions, other strategic investments or initiatives
**What skills will I need to demonstrate?**:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate finance within the IT Services Industry.
- Advanced ability to analyze and interpret financial data and communicate its impact on the business.
- Prior people manager experience is needed.
- IT experience (prior experience with forecasting and planning tools) and Power BI
- Experience managing direct and matrix employee staff globally is a plus.
- Empowered to work independently with mínimal direction.
- Adaptable frame of mind and ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Superior communication skills with all levels inside the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills.
- Fluent English Speaker
- Availability to work with multicultural teams
- Availability to work from office on hybrid mode
**Education required?**
- Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in Finance, Accounting or related field. MBA will be a plus
