  • REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, brand, or CTC-related roles.
  • Experience in lifestyle/fashion/sportswear industry preferred.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Own the seasonal CTC planning process for the Originals category, ensuring alignment between Global, Market, and Channel priorities.
  • Translate global Originals strategies into locally relevant assortments, stories, and go-to-market plans.
  • Work closely with Merchandising to build consumer-focused, channel-appropriate product ranges.
  • Partner with Brand Activation to define and brief impactful storytelling moments across the consumer journey.
  • Align with Sales and Key Account teams to ensure readiness and sell-in excellence.
  • Drive post-season analysis to optimize future strategies and product performance.
  • Ensure consistent and premium brand execution across all consumer touchpoints, both digital and physical.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, both visual and verbal.
