Apply today and become part of a community where your skills shine and your career aspirations soar Highlight Job of the week Job Title : Customer Service Specialist Pay Rate LinkedIn style : Part-Time Monthly Rates : $840-$1,400 (based on 20 hours per week schedule) Full-Time Monthly Rates : $1,680-$2,800 (based on 40 hours per week schedule) The monthly salary range posted is stipulated as an average monthly income. However, all jobs at Virtual Latinos are hourly-based, and payments are calculated on the number of hours a person works daily. We pay our Virtual Professionals every 2 weeks through third-party platforms. The hourly rate range of the position is $10,5 - $17,5 depending on experience. Once a rate has been offered to you, it is non-negotiable. Work Schedule The work schedule will vary depending on the job position that you will apply for as it will be based on the schedule requested by the client. All our clients are in the U.S. and work schedules will be in the U.S. time zone. Job Summary The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries and complaints, managing customer accounts, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels. Job Tasks Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. Identify customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions or elevate when necessary. Update and maintain accurate customer records and account information in the system. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information and guidance. Build positive relationships with customers through empathetic and clear communication. Document customer interactions, track recurring issues, and provide feedback to improve service quality. Qualifications 1 year of related experience and/or a related degree. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational abilities. Meticulous attention to detail. Collaborative team spirit. Commitment to confidentiality. A quiet, private workspace. Must be at least 21 years old.
