**Job Title**
Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis - Marketing & Comunicações
Role:
The Manager is responsible for supporting a broad spectrum of financial processes and initiatives including but not limited to the following:
- Consolidate and report monthly, quarterly & annual financial performance for Marketing & Communications including monthly variances against forecast & budget, opportunities & risks and operational metrics
- Manage quarterly expense forecasts, aligning with the overall Finance Team. Track and monitor Marketing & Communications opportunities and risks
- Sharing best practices with other Business Units and Corporate Finance and partner to ensure overall FP&A processes are optimized
- Prepare financial presentations & analyses for the Marketing & Communications Leadership Team and Divisional CFO and CEO.
- Support decision-making processes by providing forward-looking analysis and insights and reviews of key projects
- Provide recommendations to senior management to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities
- Support planning process, including annual budget
- Perform ad-hoc business results and financial analyses to support business decisions
- Manage ad hoc projects as needed
All About You:
- Have a strong understanding of corporate FP&A processes and/or business partnership experience;
- Have strong data analytic capabilities using large data sets and driving conclusions
- Experience preparing executive level presentations
- Experience building internal and external business partnerships; develops and leverages key relationships in order to understand the needs and objectives of stakeholders
- Ability to perform successfully in a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities and assignments concurrently under pressure
- Successfully resolves complex issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Ability to perform successfully in a diverse, multi-functional marketing & communication group
- Successfully embodies change management; executes corporate cultural initiatives, enhancing the support of an ever-evolving environment to fulfill corporate goals and objectives
