What you'll do We are looking for an Engagement Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for designing, scoping, and proposing professional services for Docusign solutions. This role, along with its team, will have a quarterly sales quota for services. The Engagement Manager will ensure that our service offerings are crafted to guarantee quality delivery that aligns perfectly with client expectations. This position is a people manager role reporting to Director, Regional Delivery Customer Success. Responsibility Lead regional Engagement Managers, provide guidance and mentorship ensuring the overall team's success, and ensure the region is hitting quota targets and annual goals Engage directly with Sales on key strategic opportunities as well as provide oversight and review of pursuits driven by direct reports Responsible for the management of an accurate pipeline of Services opportunities and communicate forecasts weekly for their team Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success and Partner Success teams to recommend best practices and position the right services to customers Collaborate with CSM leaders to provide services sales support throughout the customer journey supporting adoption and expansion Align to the
