Derflan is seeking a Partner Sales Engagement Manager to join our consulting team, supporting a global technology leader in the cloud and infrastructure space.

Job Title: Partner Sales Engagement Manager (Consultant Role)

Monthly Salary: BRL 40,000 – 45,000 (CLT role)

Contract Duration: 12 months (with potential for extension)

Required: 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT, technology transformation, and stakeholder engagement at major global companies

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales engagement with enterprise customers and partners in the LATAM region
  • Lead and manage complex migration and modernization projects from initial assessment to completion
  • Work closely with customers and partners to identify opportunities for workload migration to Intel-powered cloud environments
  • Create and present strong business cases that demonstrate the value of migration and modernization initiatives
  • Ensure proper execution and delivery of projects according to established timelines
  • Develop and maintain senior-level stakeholder relationships to drive 10X ARR growth
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular project updates to stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshops to align business and technical teams on strategy and execution

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of professional experience in enterprise IT and large-scale technology transformation
  • Previous experience in co-sell environments at a global company (such as Partner Sales Manager or Partner Development Manager)
  • Strong background in enterprise architecture and cloud technologies
  • Deep understanding of both mainframe and distributed systems
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices
  • Strong project management skills with experience in hybrid development environments
  • Expertise in business strategy, product management, and organizational leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and drive organizational change
  • Solid background in risk management and change management
  • Proficiency with modern collaboration and project management tools (such as Jira, Confluence, or similar)
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish a plus)
  • Experience working with financial institutions and enterprise customers in the LATAM region
