**Job Title:** Regional Fintech Engagement Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our fintech engagement efforts in Latin America and the Caribbean. As Regional Fintech Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for building strategic partnerships with later-stage fintechs, driving product development and commercial opportunities across the company.

  1. Develop and execute regional fintech distribution strategies, identifying and onboarding Mastercard resellers, system integrators, and other indirect sales partners.
  2. Partner with regional product and sales teams to identify gaps and opportunities for new product development and expanded distribution that can be unlocked via fintech partnerships.
  3. Facilitate and close commercial deals with strategic fintech partners that align with business objectives, ensuring mutual value creation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of identifying strategic partnerships that drive business value, expert consultative selling, influencing, and negotiation skills, as well as quick learning capabilities of emerging technologies.

This role requires a customer-focused individual with a solutions-driven approach, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and build effective senior-level relationships in the region.
