We are seeking a highly skilled Engagement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective engagement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
About the Role:- Develop and execute engagement plans that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and issue resolution.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of engagement initiatives.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Evaluate all relevant information to effectively handle customer complaints and concerns.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
- Direct unresolved issues to designated resources for further support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a related field.
