Job Description We are seeking a senior user experience designer to join our team. This role will involve driving strategic design by deeply understanding current user experiences, identifying opportunities and envisioning future-state solutions. It will also involve leading the creation of effective user experiences through advanced UX principles and strategic thinking while independently delivering design solutions, collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to evolving design systems. The ideal candidate would have already achieved a senior level of UX and digital product design proficiency and is now looking to grow by applying that experience strategically within the broader context of customer experience and service design. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum three years of experience required in user experience (UX) design, product design or related field. Bachelors degree preferred. Tools: Figma, Mural/Miro, Rally/Jira, Office Suite. Deep understanding of UX principles, usability and product design. Familiarity with customer journey mapping and service blueprinting. Strong communication and facilitation skills; able to present ideas clearly and confidently. Effective collaboration and conflict resolution abilities. Excellent time management and project prioritization skills. Experience with agile methodologies and product management practices. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Mural/Miro, and Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge of front-end development concepts. Strong storytelling and presentation capabilities.
