Job Title: ServiceNow ITAM/CMDB Developer Location: Brazil (Remote) Employment Type: Full Time Job Description: Implement and maintain hardware asset management processes using the ServiceNow platform. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of asset data in the CMDB. Construction of inventories, correction of relationships within the CMDB and construction of dashboards dedicated to the HAM. Integrate inventory tools (SCCM, JAMF, Tanium, etc.) with ServiceNow. Develop and configure workflows, business rules and reports in the HAM module. Support internal and external audits with reliable asset information. Work together with areas such as Procurement, Finance, Security and Infrastructure to ensure the complete life cycle of assets. Profile: Proven experience with ServiceNow, especially in the ITAM/HAM module. Solid knowledge in CMDB and ITIL processes. Experience with integration of inventory tools and process automation. Ability to analyze data and generate management reports. Good communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
