Requisitos- Bachelor’s in engineering, IT, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience;- Good verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English;- Project Management skills and experience with project team coordination;- Experience with data analysis and preparation, including experience with BI (Business Intelligence);- Experience in communicating analytics insights in a clear & efficient way both verbally, in written text and ppt presentations;- Substantial logical problem-solving skills using data driven methods e.g., machine learning;- Experience with machine learning methods;- Experience in agile software processes, data-driven development;Atividades- Based on the Services Roadmap plan, is responsible to coordinate projects, align scope and results with commercial organization, dealers, market companies, dealer's development, marketing and others related areas;- Responsible to drive the CSI (Commercial Services Intelligence) development to boost services performance, parts sales and customer support;- The position will coordinate the project development and implementation of the new CRM process with SalesForce tool;- Work with projects management asset to develop the Services workshop processes and customer support towards the recommended Way of Working at dealer, in cooperation with the global service processes and tools. This will be done in cooperation with the commercial areas in the market companies, external partners and data-driven oriented;- Manage, implement and analyze the usage of relevant connectivity data, systems, tools to drive the Services RoadMap;- Being data-driven oriented to support the services growth plan for the region and also the services transformation journey;- Will be responsible to coordinate key projects within the Services Development RoadMap, anchoring the expected results with dealers, market companies and the key stakeholders in Latam organization and HQ;- Responsible to drive the CSI (Commercial Services Intelligence) development and implementation with the market and dealers, which is one of the most important process and tool to boost services and parts sales;- This role is also responsible for the dealer workshop services processes development, assuring the RoadMap alignment with market and the initiatives from the Head Quarter;- The business intelligence development needs to be based on data and advanced analytics tools, this role needs to understand the transport solutions segment and bring the knowledge for Volvo Services development.**Escolaridade Mínima**: Ensino Superior
