Lead Energy Storage Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Engineer to provide expert technical support and training to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely and effective technical assistance and support to customers regarding the installation, setup, operation, and maintenance of energy storage systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Interact with customers professionally and courteously, demonstrating strong communication skills to understand their requirements and address their concerns.
  • Conduct product installations, including mounting and connecting equipment, configuring settings, and performing initial system testing.
  • Develop user guides, FAQs, and other educational materials to educate customers on the installation, operation, and maintenance of energy storage systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues that require advanced troubleshooting or product modifications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field, as well as technical experience in the installation and maintenance of energy storage systems.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Technical service roles related to energy storage or renewable energy.
  • Effective communication skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are critical.
  • A strong customer focus, technical expertise, and the ability to adapt to change are essential.
  • Fluent English and Portuguese language required.
