What We're Looking For 3+ years of professional IT support experience in a corporate or managed services environment Advanced English proficiency Successful completion of a four‑year college degree Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint configuration, device compliance, and Windows 10/11 management Experience supporting identity and authentication workflows via Entra ID (Azure AD) Hands‑on experience with Citrix VDI (Workspace, Virtual Apps and Desktops) in production environments Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, VPN, IP configuration) Skilled at troubleshooting hardware and software issues in fast‑paced end‑user environments Track record of documenting processes, asset data, and technical resolutions with precision Experience handling user onboarding/off‑boarding workflows, including account provisioning and hardware preparation Comfortable using ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management Ability to work through new and difficult issues and to elevate complex cases when necessary Forensic attention to detail Positive mindset and can‑do attitude Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems Extreme ownership of work; daily performance to agreed expectations Alignment with FullStack client goals and commitment delivery Consistent 40‑hour work week What We Offer Competitive pay 100 % remote work Opportunities to work with leading startups and Fortune 500 companies Continuing education opportunities Career growth and expansion potential Our talent network welcomes individuals of all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, national origins, abilities, and experiences.
