**Aufgaben**:
- Du bist das Gesicht unseres Restaurants und ein echter Gastgeber
- Du bist verantwortlich für einen reibungslosen Serviceablaufund eine optimale Gästeversorgung
- Du vergewisserst dich der Zufriedenheit unserer Gäste und bist Ansprechpartner bei Beschwerden, Wünschen oder Empfehlungen
- Du sorgst für einen optimalen Personaleinsatz unter Berücksichtigung der auslastungsrelevanten Parameter und erstellst Dienst
- und Urlaubspläne
- Die Zahlen im Blick suchst Du immer nach neuen Wegen, die Umsätze zu steigern
- Du verwaltest die Warenbestände und bist zuständig für ein kosteneffizientes Bestellverfahren
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der Qualitäts
- und Hygienestandards in den Outlets
- Dein Team sieht Dich als Motivator und Vorbild
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Küche und allen anderen Abteilungen zusammen
**Profil**:
- Idealerweise hast du bereits mehrjährige Erfahrungen in ähnlicher Position sammeln können
- Du bist herzlich, empathisch und machst deinen Job aus Leidenschaft
- Serviceorientiertes Arbeiten steht bei dir im Vordergrund
- Du bist aufgeschlossen und arbeitest gerne abteilungsübergreifend im Team
- Du kommunizierst auf Deutsch, Englisch und Italienisch
- Du besitzt ein hohes Mass an Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Dienstleistungsbewusstsein
- Persönliches Engagement, Teamgeist und ein besonderes Organisationstalent zeichnen dich aus
