Job Description Our company is seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our after-sales reverse spare parts process in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the entire process of returning local service machines and bad materials, ensuring compliance with headquarters and local regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, and be able to effectively manage teams. A bachelor's degree in any field, preferably statistics or logistics, is required. Additionally, at least 5 years of work experience, including team management and after-sales service spare parts management, is preferred. Key responsibilities include: Leading the process of returning local service machines and bad materials in Brazil Ensuring compliance with headquarters and local regulations Managing teams and communicating effectively Analyzing data and implementing solutions Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field (statistics or logistics preferred) At least 5 years of work experience, including team management and after-sales service spare parts management Excellent internal and external communication skills Project management experience Familiarity with Python, Tableau, PowerBI, and other tools Inventory management skills
