Spares & Consumables Analyst

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate supply process of spare parts and consumables for construction projects in Latin America
- Create purchase requisitions on time and follow up purchase orders creation, as well as the spares and consumables delivery on site
- Control and update tracking files of purchase requisitions (approval status, expected delivery date, consumption etc)
- Report weekly the status of requisitions, including recommendations to the Site Team
- Analyze material consumption to optimize future demands
- Analyze budget, forecast and actuals costs and provide feedback to Project Management
- Monitor portfolio demand and stock in the region
- Identify and promote improvement initiatives related to spares parts and consumables
- Provide periodic feedback to Bid team

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration
- Experience in project execution or project planning preferred
- Experience in the energy industry, wind energy preferred
- Experience in working with ERP systems, SAP preferred
